Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The Service may not be available in all countries.

3. Beta Disclaimer

The Service is currently in beta. This means:

  • features may change, break, or be removed
  • content may be incomplete or inaccurate
  • your data may be reset during development
  • access may be limited or revoked at any time

You acknowledge that the beta is provided for testing and feedback purposes only.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate registration information
  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes. You may not:

  • copy, distribute, or modify the Service
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers)
  • use the Service for commercial teaching or training

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • harass or abuse other users
  • interfere with the Service’s operation
  • attempt to bypass usage limits or security features

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — including lessons, text, audio, images, animations, and software — is owned by Speakearly or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without permission.

8. User Generated Content

If the Service allows you to submit text, audio, or other content:

  • you retain ownership of your content
  • you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use it for operating, improving, and developing the Service
  • you confirm that your content does not violate any laws or rights

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

9. Educational Content Disclaimer

The Service provides educational materials “as is.” We do not guarantee:

  • accuracy of translations
  • correctness of regional variants
  • specific learning outcomes
  • suitability for exams or certifications

Language evolves, and differences may exist between American, British, and other varieties of English.

10. Fair Use Clause

You may use the Service’s content for personal learning only. Fair use does not permit:

  • copying lessons into other apps or platforms
  • redistributing audio, text, or exercises
  • using the content for commercial teaching
  • training AI models or datasets using our content
  • extracting large portions of the curriculum

Limited quoting of short excerpts for personal study, commentary, or review is allowed, provided attribution is maintained and no commercial use occurs.

11. Payments & Subscriptions

During the beta, the Service is provided free of charge. Future pricing, subscription plans, and payment terms will be communicated before launch.

12. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speakearly is not liable for:

  • loss of data
  • service interruptions
  • errors in content
  • indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • violate these Terms
  • misuse the Service
  • engage in harmful or fraudulent behavior

You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland
